Amalfi Coast Wine & Food Retreat: May 23-29, 2027

Join me for seven days along the Amalfi Coast, where dramatic cliffs meet some of Italy's most underrated wine country. Based at our very own private palace, we'll spend our days exploring coastal towns, like Amalfi, Capri, and Positano, as well as the hidden wineries that make this region special. We’ll enjoy a food tour, boat excursions, intimate cellar tours, and evenings over long dinners built around the wines and flavors of Campania.

Mendoza Harvest Retreat: March 2027

Join me for an immersive escape in Mendoza, Argentina, where vineyards stretch to the base of the Andes and the wine is as bold as the landscape. We'll explore renowned regions like Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, visiting acclaimed estates like Catena Zapata and Zuccardi, with a Michelin-starred lunch, a hands-on blending session, and some exciting harvest activities along the way. Expect a private sailing excursion on the Potrerillos reservoir, an empanada-making class, and a farewell night of tango and Malbec under the mountains.

Details coming soon.

Tuscany Wine Retreat: October 8-14, 2027

Join me for my fourth annual Tuscany Wine Retreat! Spend a week in the heart of Tuscany, where boutique wineries and medieval hilltop towns set the rhythm of each day. Staying at a charming agriturismo overlooking Lake Trasimeno, we'll wander through Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, and Cortona, and step into family-owned cellars, some run by the same families for seven generations. Expect a truffle hunt through the countryside, a hands-on pasta-making class, and candlelit dinners that stretch late into the evening, always centered on the wines and culture of the region.

Details coming soon.

Piedmont Wine & Truffle Retreat: October 2027

Join me for a week in Piedmont, home to some of Italy's most legendary reds and its finest truffles. Staying in the Langhe hills, we'll tour boutique wineries across the Barolo and Barbaresco valleys, wander the villages of La Morra, Alba, and Neive, and go truffle hunting through the countryside before a truffle-forward lunch in Alba. Expect a hands-on cooking class with a local chef, a cheese and sparkling wine tasting inside one of the region's UNESCO-listed underground cellars, and a day trip to Torino for chocolate tasting through one of Piedmont's most beautiful cities — all built around long aperitivo evenings and dinners back at the villa.

Details coming soon.

Can’t make these dates?

If none of these line up with your schedule, or you're dreaming of a region I don't currently host a retreat in, I also design fully custom, private wine country itineraries — built entirely around your dates, schedule, and interests.
